VME
headquarters are now located in the Airport
Authority Building at 555 Airport Way.
Meetings are held
every Tuesday evening at 1830 (6:30 p.m.).
VME has a permanent mailing address.

VME cadets and staff meet each
Tuesday night from 6:45- 9:00pm.
Tuesday night classes include: Guest speakers, medical training, physical
training, drill, color guard training, aeorospace instruction, testing and
review boards for advancement. Cadets also gain experience serving in cadet
staff and aAdministrative duties.
Additional activites include service at the annual Camarillo and Point Mugu Air
Shows and Color Guard competitions in parades around Ventura County.
Other special activities include flight orientations, field trips and weekend trips for field and artillery training and education at Camp Roberts and Fort Hunter Ligget, including the VME Summer Encampment.

Post 2861 will visit various locations, businesses and military facilities
to see the action up close and in person. If you want a career in the military, to go to a military academy or use the military to further a future career, VME gives you the advantage.
